Buying lingerie online asks for two kinds of trust: that your card details are safe, and that nothing about the transaction announces itself to anyone else. Here is how both work at Dondoka.

How you can pay

We accept major credit and debit cards, and the digital wallets supported by your device at checkout. Prices are shown in the store currency, and your bank converts at its own rate if you are paying from another country.

Card security

Card details are entered on an encrypted checkout page and passed directly to our payment provider. They are never stored on our servers and our team never sees your full card number — not on an order screen, not in an email, not anywhere.

Every page of this site runs over an encrypted SSL connection. If your browser shows a padlock in the address bar, the connection between you and us is private.

What appears on your statement

Charges appear under a neutral merchant name. Nothing on your bank statement describes the products you ordered.

Discreet delivery

Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral sender name and no product description on the outside label. Full details are on our shipping page.

Your personal data

We collect the minimum needed to process an order and provide support: your name, delivery address, email and order history. We do not sell personal data to anyone. What we collect, why, and how to have it deleted is set out in full in our privacy policy.

If something goes wrong

If a payment fails, no charge is completed — some banks briefly show a pending authorisation, which clears on its own within a few working days. If you see a charge you do not recognise, or a payment leaves your account without an order confirmation, お問い合わせ with the date and amount and we will trace it with our provider.

返金

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five to seven business days of your return arriving with us. The exact timing after that is set by your bank. Our full terms are on the returns page.
