Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, our return process is simple, fast and discreet.

The Essentials

• 30 days to return or exchange from the delivery date.
• Free size exchanges — always. Wrong fit costs you nothing.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liners and tags intact, in original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, briefs and swim bottoms can only be returned with the hygiene seal untouched.

How to Return

1. Contact us with your order number and the items you would like to return or exchange.
2. We will email you a return authorisation and the return address within one business day.
3. Ship the parcel with tracking. For exchanges, your new size ships as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier — no waiting.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Wrong Item?

Our mistake, our cost: we will send a replacement immediately and cover all shipping. Just send us a photo and your order number.
