Fit advice

If you are unsure about sizing, send us your underbust and bust measurements in centimetres along with the style you are considering. We will tell you which size to order and whether the piece runs true, small or generous. This is the single most useful message you can send us, and it takes two minutes.

Wholesale and press

For stockist enquiries, collaborations or press requests, use the same form and mark your subject line accordingly. These go to a separate queue and may take two to three business days.

Response times

We answer messages Monday to Friday, within one business day. Enquiries sent over the weekend are picked up on Monday morning. During sale periods, replies can take a little longer — we would rather answer properly than quickly.
